The control of airflow plays a critical role in maintaining healthy environments for stabled or penned animals, such as cattle and pigs.

Heraklith® panels are an ideal solution, acting both as an additional air filter, and thermal and acoustic insulation.  

Heraklith® Agro Panels have been specially developed with optimised porosity that makes them permeable to air. The results of a research programme, based on more than 90,000 animal health reports, show a considerable reduction in the consumption of medicines needed to keep pigs healthy in premises where Heraklith® Agro Panels are installed. The research has been conducted over several years by the training and research centre Raumberg-Gumpenstein, part of the Federal Ministry for Sustainability and Tourism of Austria.
